For apps with accounts: Google Play requires an accessible way for users to request account deletion both inside the app and through an external web resource. This page is the external web resource for NK TECH apps that use it.

1. How to Request Deletion

Send an email to contact@nktech.online with the subject Account and Data Deletion Request. Include the name of the NK TECH app, the email/identifier associated with the account, and any information reasonably necessary to verify ownership.

2. What We Delete

Where an eligible account deletion request is verified, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with the app account that is within our control, subject to any data that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory purposes.

3. Retained Information

If information must be retained for a legitimate reason, we will limit its use to that purpose and retain it only for the period required. The applicable privacy policy will describe material retention practices for the relevant app.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

Where an app uses service providers to process account information, we will take appropriate steps to request deletion from those providers where applicable and technically possible.

5. Processing Time

We aim to process verified requests within a reasonable period. Requests may require identity/account verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.
