Auto Tech Data Protection

Dedicated security and data-protection information for the Auto Tech app.

Finalization note: The production architecture and third-party SDK inventory must be reviewed before these statements are used as the final store disclosure.

Data minimization

Auto Tech is designed to process information needed for its core features and service operation. Unnecessary data collection should be avoided.

Transport and storage security

Where data is transmitted to NK TECH or service providers, the production implementation will use appropriate secure transport. Storage safeguards and access controls will be documented from the actual release architecture.

Access control

Access to backend or administrative data should be limited to authorized personnel and service components that need it for legitimate operational purposes.

Third-party services

All third-party SDKs, APIs and processors used by Auto Tech will be inventoried before release. Applicable data handling will be disclosed in the privacy policy and store declarations.

Retention

Data will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, service operation, security, support or legitimate legal requirements, subject to the final product policy.

Deletion

Where account creation is available, the app will provide an appropriate account/data deletion path. Google Play requires both an in-app path and an external web resource for apps that allow account creation.
