Data Protection & Security
1. Data Protection Principles
Our approach is based on data minimization, purpose limitation, access control, security, transparency and appropriate retention.
2. Data at Rest and in Transit
Where our applications use network services, we aim to use secure transport encryption such as HTTPS/TLS. Where data is stored on servers or cloud platforms, access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel based on operational need.
3. Access Control
Access to user information is limited according to role and business need. Administrative access is controlled and monitored where appropriate.
4. Third-Party Processors
Applications may rely on infrastructure and service providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, messaging, payments, AI processing or other functionality. A specific app's privacy disclosures should identify the relevant providers and data categories when required.
5. Data Retention
Retention depends on the product and purpose. We aim to remove or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, subject to legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention or operational requirements.
6. Account and Data Deletion
If an app permits account creation, users are provided with an in-app deletion path and an external web resource where required. See our Account & Data Deletion page.
7. Security Incidents
If we become aware of a security incident affecting user information, we will assess it and take appropriate steps under applicable requirements.
8. User Requests
Privacy and data-protection questions can be submitted to contact@nktech.online. Please include the relevant app name and enough information for us to understand the request.
9. Important App-Specific Note
Security and data practices can differ by application. The app's actual behavior, permissions, SDKs and backend architecture must be used when completing its Google Play Data safety form and any product-specific privacy disclosures.
