iOS Data Protection & Security

Last updated: August 26, 2026
Purpose: This page explains NK TECH's data protection approach for iOS and other Apple-platform apps. It complements, but does not replace, the app's Apple App Store privacy disclosures.

1. Data Minimization

We aim to request and process only information needed for a product's stated functionality, security, support and legitimate operational needs.

2. Secure Processing

Where apps communicate with NK TECH or third-party servers, we aim to use secure transport. Server-side information is protected through access controls and other reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service.

3. iOS Privacy Controls

Apps should request system permissions at the point they are needed and explain their purpose. We design permission use around the actual feature that needs access and respect a user's choice to deny or later change permissions.

4. Privacy Manifests and Required-Reason APIs

For Apple apps, NK TECH will maintain privacy manifests and required-reason API declarations when applicable. Third-party SDKs integrated into an app are also reviewed for applicable Apple privacy requirements.

5. App Privacy / Nutrition Labels

App Store Connect requires developers to disclose applicable data handling. NK TECH will maintain the App Privacy answers for each app and update them when practices change. The answers must account for relevant third-party partners.

6. Tracking

If an app uses data for tracking as defined by Apple, we will follow applicable App Tracking Transparency requirements and disclose the relevant practice. Tracking is not assumed for every NK TECH app.

7. Account Deletion

Where an app permits account creation, users must have a clear way to initiate account deletion within the app. Where appropriate, the same deletion process is also available through the public Account & Data Deletion page.

8. Data Retention

Retention periods depend on the product and data type. We aim to delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, except where retention is necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention or other legitimate requirements.

9. Third-Party Processing

Third-party processors may be used for hosting, analytics, authentication, payments, crash reporting, AI services, advertising or other features. App-specific disclosures identify relevant data practices.

10. User Requests

To request access, correction, deletion or other privacy assistance, email contact@nktech.online and identify the relevant app.
