iOS Privacy Policy

Apple-platform notice: This page is intended to serve as the public privacy policy URL for NK TECH iOS and other Apple-platform apps that link to it. Before an individual app is submitted, NK TECH will verify this policy against the app's actual data collection, permissions, third-party SDKs, analytics, advertising, authentication, tracking, retention and deletion practices.

1. Developer and Contact

2. What Apple-App Data May Be Collected

Depending on the specific app, we may process information such as contact details, account information, user-generated content, device/diagnostic information, app interactions, identifiers, location, photos, files, camera or microphone information, purchase/subscription information, or other categories needed for the app's core features. We do not claim that every NK TECH app collects every category listed here.

3. How Data Is Collected

Information you enter into the app or provide to support.
Information generated through use of app features.
Information collected through permissions you grant, where the app requires it.
Technical, diagnostic or security information generated by the app or its service infrastructure.
Information processed by third-party services or SDKs integrated into the particular app.

4. How We Use Data

Provide and operate app features.
Authenticate and maintain accounts where applicable.
Process user requests and content.
Maintain security, prevent fraud and troubleshoot problems.
Measure performance and improve products where applicable.
Provide support and communicate about services.
Comply with legal obligations.

5. Third-Party Services and SDKs

An individual NK TECH app may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, authentication, payments, messaging, advertising, crash reporting, AI processing or other functionality. The relevant App Store privacy disclosures will account for data handled by our integrated third-party partners. We expect providers that receive user data to protect it consistently with applicable requirements and our disclosures.

6. Tracking and Advertising

If a specific app engages in tracking as defined by Apple's policies, NK TECH will use the applicable Apple permission and disclosure mechanisms, including App Tracking Transparency where required. An app's App Store privacy information will accurately state whether data is used for tracking. This master page does not mean every NK TECH app performs tracking.

7. Permissions and User Choice

Apps request access to protected resources only when needed for their features. Where possible, we provide alternatives when a permission is not essential. Users can manage many system permissions through Apple device settings.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information processed, including access controls and secure network transport where applicable. On Apple platforms, our development process also considers Apple's privacy manifests, required-reason APIs and platform data-protection capabilities when relevant to the app.

9. Retention and Deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, security, support, legal or operational requirements described for the particular app. Where an app supports accounts, users can initiate deletion from within the app and may also use our public Account & Data Deletion page.

10. Revoking Consent and Privacy Choices

You can manage certain device permissions through iOS settings. For app-specific privacy requests, access, correction or deletion, contact contact@nktech.online. If an app provides a dedicated privacy choices page, that page may be linked from its App Store listing.

11. Children's Privacy

Unless an app is specifically designed and published for children under applicable Apple and legal requirements, NK TECH apps are not directed to children. Product-specific audience declarations are made based on the actual app.

12. Changes

We may update this policy when our products, technology or legal obligations change. The current version and date will be maintained on this website.

13. Apple App Store Privacy Disclosures

For each app, NK TECH will provide the required App Store Connect privacy information based on the app and its third-party partners. Those disclosures are app-specific and must not be inferred solely from this general policy.
